Terms of Admission

These terms apply to admission enquiries, school/coaching enrolment, and digital products (PDF notes and mock-test access) sold on this website.
Enrolment
Submitting a form is an enquiry, not a confirmed seat. Admission is confirmed only after the school’s written / WhatsApp confirmation and payment of the applicable fee as per the fee structure.
Paid notes and mock tests
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. After a successful payment you receive a download link for PDFs (where a file is attached) and/or a confirmation that mock-test access will be shared on the phone number you entered. Keep the payment ID from Razorpay for support.
Refunds
Digital downloads that have been delivered (link opened / file downloaded) are generally non-refundable. If payment succeeded but the file failed to deliver, email doonsainikschool@gmail.com within 48 hours with the Razorpay payment ID. Hostel and tuition refunds follow the school’s admission letter, not this webpage.
Conduct
The school may refuse or cancel enrolment for incomplete documents, fee default, or breach of campus rules.
